Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, or requests for a different style or size. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at info@thenailgasm.com. Returns submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

• All components, including any tool kits, must be unused and intact

• The item must be returned in its original packaging
